2019 Wave Mission Trip

June 15 - 21, 2019

The Bahamas

The Bible tells us to be his witnesses to the uttermost parts of the Earth (Acts 1:8). And that is what we are going to do.

Next Summer, we are headed to the Bahamas with Praying Pelican Missions.  Our goal will be to serve alongside a local pastor to help them minister to their people. We may build a building or clean up after a storm.  We may do something that we haven't thought of because that's what God wants us to do.

If you are interested in going, complete the application below and pay your  $200 non-refundable deposit.

WAVE Student Ministry

We are all about relationships. We believe through genuine relationships with our teen students and their families we are able to point the students to Christ. Our teaching is centered on instruction that helps God’s word apply to their everyday lives. Our desire is that our teen students would know Christ and step outside of the church walls and into the world to impact many other lives for Christ.

Scott Stem, Student Ministries Director

Scott connects with teens directly on their level. He is driven to give them the biblical basis they need in their daily lives to prepare them for a lifetime of following Christ. Scott is married to Andrea and has 3 children. Scott is working with teens everyday in 'The Underground' - home for the WAVE Student Ministry. He frequently takes high school students on retreats, trips, and camps to help develop their faith in God. When not working with teens, Scott loves to support his kids in their sports activities, and he can even be found playing basketball or golf occasionally.
